Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is dispatched as follows:

• Lahore: dispatched within 1 day.
• Rest of Pakistan: delivered in 4 to 5 days overall.

Delivery may take longer during sales because of high order volume. Please keep your phone available and make sure your contact and address details are correct so our courier can reach you.

If any ordered item turns out to be defective or out of stock, it will not be dispatched, or the order may be dispatched in parts. In that case we will inform you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
