Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to every order within Pakistan. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipment processing and delivery time

Orders within Lahore are dispatched within 1 day. Orders to the rest of Pakistan are delivered in 4 to 5 days overall. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example during sales, delivery may take a little longer. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by SMS and email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner's website: Track your order.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp and keep all packaging and the damaged goods so we can follow up with the courier.

Incorrect shipping address and refused delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If we cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, we will try to contact you for an update. Brands Ville cannot be held responsible if a wrong address is provided and the parcel cannot be recovered.

Missing shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please let us know as soon as possible:
