How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website at brandsville.pk. Or we can place an order for you on WhatsApp at 0316-1436856. You can also message us on Facebook and Instagram. You would have to share your Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Address.

Do you have authentic products?

We guarantee 100% authenticity of our products. Our products are sourced either from the principal companies or the authorized distributors/suppliers of the brands.

Do I need to sign in to place an order?

You can create an account or order from Guest Checkout. We would however encourage you to create an account so that you can avail all the offers we have exclusively for our online audience.

How do I confirm my COD order?

You can message us on WhatsApp (0316-1436856), Facebook or Instagram to confirm your order. Alternatively, you could wait for us to call you. We call thrice before cancelling a customer-placed order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lahore are dispatched within 1 day. Orders to the rest of Pakistan are delivered in 4 to 5 days overall. Delivery may take longer during sales because of high order volume.

How do I track my order?

Once a tracking number is tagged on your order, you will be notified via SMS and Email. After that you can track your order using our logistics partner's website: Track your order.

What payment options are available?

You can transfer money to us through Direct Deposit. Credit Card and Debit Card are available, and we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?

Yes. We supply retailers and bulk buyers with all the brands available in our store, delivered all over Pakistan. Wholesale prices are shared on enquiry. Message us on WhatsApp at 0316-1436856 to request the price list.
