Process:
You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or do a call to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent to you through easypaisa, jazzcash or bank account.
In case of late or missing refunds please contact us at

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will replace the unused items within 7 days of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending back the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
