I recently visited the Brand Vella outlet in Peshawar, located inside HBK Super Market. I was extremely disappointed to find that all Ordinary serums available were expired.
I am also uploading images of the batch codes as proof, which clearly show the products are expired.
Selling expired or short-expiry products, especially when expiry dates are not clearly mentioned on the packaging, and then reselling them to customers is completely unacceptable and unethical.
I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper quality control in the future.
