Once the order is placed and confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours. The order will be delivered within 2-5 working days across Pakistan, and it may get late during sales because of high shipment demand and workload. The international orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days after being dispatched. To avoid any inconvenience, you are requested to be available at provided contact and address details so our team can fashionably reach you.

It is to inform you that if any of the ordered item(s) turn out to be defective, it will not be dispatched or may be partially dispatched. In such a case, you will be priorly informed via phone or email about the delay.

Note: (In compliance with courier and airline DG policies, fragrances and perfumes will not be shipped internationally).

The standard shipping charges will be applied based on the mode of payment. Shipment charges on orders from abroad will vary from place to place depending upon the locality. However, free shipment will be offered on the shopping of PKR 5000 and above.

It is to inform you that taxes and duties on international orders will be on the customer. The applicable duty or fee will be collected via cash on delivery.

The services or shipments might be affected or face delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, customers will be notified well-in-time in case of any unusual operation or disruption in shipment.

Return of Order
Brands Ville caters to an easy return policy if the customer is not completely satisfied with any products or items. Customers can notify us through email within 30 days of the receipt of the order or 90 days of order placement. The authorization can only make returns to the customer services centre.

In case of any issue with the purchased product, either customer has ordered the wrong product or does not want to use it; the Brands Ville facilitates the customers to return the product for a full refund. Please be noted that only the unopened and unused products must be returned, and the postage cost will be on the customer. Brands Ville will bear the returning postage cost only in case of a defective item or delivering the wrong order by mistake.

Note that the customer needs to place an order carefully in the case of fragrance as the return policy does not apply to perfumes and fragrances.

In case of order return, the customer must have;

Noted an order number or a copy of the delivery receipt
Return authorization obtained from the customer services centre
Mentioned reason for the return of the order
Before returning the parcel, make sure that it’s well packed and being sent through a registered postal service to avoid any damage in transit.

Order Cancellation
The Brands Ville
has efficient order dispatching services where most of the orders are dispatched within 1 hour of its confirmation. The customers can cancel the order through direct call (contact details available in the relevant section) within 1 hour of order placement. The order will not be cancelled after 1 hour as it has already been packed and dispatched within the time bar.
