Customer service is amazing and shipping was super fast. I was a little dubious about receiving my order, but they called me and confirmed the order on the very same day. Got the item two days later. The shade was accurate. I’m really happy with the service, but I was a little concerned about the item itself because the lip of the polish bottle was soiled as if the nail polish had been applied a couple of times before. Perhaps tried by some customers at the store ? Apart from that, the service was satisfactory :)
